With this project, I've become aware of how little I sleep. And I'm better at not looking at a screen before I go to bed.

Before the Hvil® app, it was hard to concentrate in the morning because you had just gotten up and then you're sitting in class. But with the app, I think it's gotten better because you can concentrate in class.

Sleep, Learn, Repeat!

The program you are about to try is a research-based digital sleep course in the Hvil® app.

In the program, you will work on your sleep on a daily basis. Along the way, a sleep specialist from the Center for Children and Youth Sleep may also visit your school to work on your class’s sleep habits with plenty of games, good advice, and motivation.

Four weeks of sleep on the school timetable

Throughout the four-week program, you will be introduced to four themes:

Week 1: Creating a Good Sleep Environment
Week 2: Screen Time
Week 3: Calming the Mind
Week 4: Sleep as a Superpower

Additionally, you will be asked to keep a digital sleep diary using the Hvil® app. By spending just a few minutes each day logging your sleep, you’ll be able to track your progress over the course and get a better understanding of your sleep.
